What is Measured Light?
Measured Light is all about beautiful imagery. It is often a slower process. Deliberate. Measured.
There is a focus on the setup, the equipment used, and of course, the light. Composition is considered, focus found, and once the light has been read, measured and understood, it is time to release the shutter.
I am Nathan McGee. A creative currently based in Brisbane. I hail from the Western Downs region of Queensland and, as a country boy stuck in the city, I crave the peace, the quiet and the solidarity of the country.
This is why a lot of my imagery is shot outside of Brisbane.
I am primarily a landscape and nature photorapher, and this is where I find true joy and peace. However I also shoot, and enjoy, documentary and commercial imagery, as well as people.
The purpose of this new website is to show you some of my work and provide a means of contact away from social media.
I will offer various products for purchase as well as a means to book limited shooting work.
